STRATEGI PENGEMBANGAN KOMPETENSI PEGAWAI DI BADAN PERENCANAAN PEMBANGUNAN NASIONAL (BAPPENAS)

Abstract

This study aims to see and describe the Employee Competency Development Strategy in the National Development Planning Agency (BAPPENAS) seen from Jack Gordon's Competency Theory, namely Knowledge, Understanding, Value, Ability, Attitude, Interests (Interests). The research method that researchers use is descriptive qualitative. The informants investigated 4 people, namely employees who are within the scope of BAPPENAS, Head of Human Resources Development of BAPPENAS, Coordinator of Capacity Development. Sources of data obtained and used are primary data obtained directly from informants and secondary data from existing data in the National Development Planning Agency (BAPPENAS), as well as documents in BAPPENAS. The results of this study show that the optimization level of the Employee Competency Development Strategy at the National Development Planning Agency (BAPPENAS) is at the level of 80% or is quite good and optimal, and BAPPENAS tries its best to follow their strategic plans in accordance with the Human Capital Development Plan (HCDP).
