EVALUASI PROGRAM PELAYANAN OBSTETRI NEONATUS ESSENSIAL DASAR (PONED) DI PUSKESMAS TAPOS KOTA DEPOK

Abstract

PUSKESMAS PONED Tapos is one of the health centers chosen as the Health Center of Neonatal Obstetrics Services (PONED).Poned's goal is to suppress AKI and AKB. The purpose of this study is to find out related to the evaluation of PONED program in Tapos Health Center depok city seen from the theory of program evaluation according to Ralph W Tayler namely general objectives, objectives, internal evaluation and performance.The research method used is qualitative with descriptive approach.Informan numbered 6 people namely dr.Rien the Depok City Health Office, dr. Trisna puskesmas PONED Tapos, midwife Perti and midwife Eva, maternity mother Evi and maternity mother Rosida. The data source used is primary data obtained directly from informants and data contained in the Depok City Health Office and at the PONED Tapos Health Center.The results of this study showed that poned program has not run effectively because it is influenced by: poned special personnel who are not adequate, facilities that have not met the standards, facilities of incomplete tools, lack of socialization to the community related to the importance of health for pregnant women.The recommended is : it is expected that the Poned Tapos Health Center can more often socialize to the public related to the importance of health for pregnant women, more widely in collaboration with PONEK Hospital, the need for special training activities poned to medical personnel who work in the puskesmas routinely so that the skills and competencies of medical personnel are increasing and the need for support in terms of facilities and adequate infrastructure, especially the provision of such as proper and sophisticated medical devices.
