Reformasi birokrasi di Kabupaten Bogor, jika dikaji dengan konsep birokrasi Weberian dan pendekatan David Easton, diharapkan dapat membuat masyarakat puas karena mendapat pelayanan yang mudah, murah, cepat, jelas, adil dan tepat waktu.

Abstract

If the reformation of bureaucracy in Bogor Regency is analyzed by using the Weberian bureaucracy concept and David Easton approaches, it is expected that the situation can result the satisfaction of people because of the easy quick clear, and fair also on time service.
