In the title of the thesis "Legal Consequences of Not Executing Industrial Relations Court Decisions in Termination of Employment Disputes" what the author wants to examine is to focus on forced efforts made by the Industrial Relations Court Institute for Termination of Termination Decisions which punish employers for granting labor rights based on statutory regulations invitation. This research is based on the legal facts of a worker whose employment relationship was terminated unilaterally, in which the worker has taken legal action in a non-litigation and litigation manner based on Law Number 2 of 2004 concerning Settlement of Industrial Relations Disputes, where currently the case has reached force permanent law, one of the rulings of which is punishing employers to provide severance pay, compensation for rights and long service awards, but until now this has not been implemented by employers. The problem is that there are no coercive efforts made by the Court Institution even though the purpose of law enforcement is certainty, justice and the benefits of law. In the case a quo there are no three principles even though the case has permanent legal force. Therefore, the author will offer several options so that in a similar case in the future the Judicial Institution can make forceful efforts solely so that the goal of law enforcement is achieved for justice seekers.
