This partnership was carried out since 1997, namely PT Thames PAM Jaya (TPJ), which later in 2008 changed its name to PT Aetra Air Jakarta to Eastern area of Jakarta, and PT by Palyja PAM Jaya to the West of Jakarta, by the Ciliwung River as its boundary. The research apply qualitative approach. From the results obtained, on technical aspects, although there are technical aspects of the performance improvements before and after collaboration with partners until the end of 2012, compared to the target host is turns out to be the private partners have not been able to meet the targets set cooperation. So even on this aspect of the service, from to three factors, namely: water quality services, administration and performance rates, none of the services that fact in accordance with customer expectations. This study </p><p>using descriptive analysis method, because researchers not only describes what is happening, but also explain why these problem happened. This study using secondary data for analysis and the secondary data is the data time series. Data analysis on this study using collaboration from descriptive method and secondary data analysis which is comparing data from year to year, business opportunities, sub-sectors and regions. Results of this study show that Bekasi District is an potential industry area and the industry has been developed, both in high-tech, medium, and low industries. Using of imported raw material in low and medium category of technology industry for production process is lower and decreased. With the development and deepening, and increasing of using local raw material will produce a strategic industry, increase the workforce and the value of industrial sector will be increase so the contribution of GDP in industrial sector in Bekasi District will be constantly increasing. With the development and deepening of industry in Bekasi District the public will get a great benefit. The role of government is ease to give permission and promoto the industries for using local raw material.</p><p>Keywords: industrial policies, industrial development, deepening the industry</p> Rr Nila Indrasari Copyright (c) 2017 KENEGARAAN 2017-05-03 2017-05-03 2 1 PENGARUH DISIPLIN KERJA DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KUALITAS PELAYANAN PADA PUSAT PEMBERDAYAAN PEMUDA DAN OLAHRAGA NASIONAL (PP-PON) KEMENTERIAN PEMUDA DAN OLAHRAGA TAHUN 2015 https://journal.unas.ac.id/kenegaraan/article/view/229 <p>Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kualitas pelayanan di Pusat Pemberdayaan Pemuda dan Olahraga Nasional (PP-PON). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terhadap kualitas pelayanan di PP-PON, disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan, motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan dan secara bersamasama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan. Kenaikan disiplin kerja 1 satuan meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan 0,063 satuan dan kenaikan motivasi kerja 1 satuan meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan 0,779 satuan. Proporsi pengaruh disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kualitas pelayanan sebesar 35,1% sedangkan sisanya 64,9% dipengaruhi oleh variable lainnya yang tidak ada didalam model regresi linier. <br />Kata kunci : Disiplin, Motivasi, Kualitas Pelayanan </p> Oni Trianto Copyright (c) 2017 KENEGARAAN 2017-05-03 2017-05-03 2 1
