Perancangan Sistem Kontrol On/Off Multivariabel Level dan Temperatur Berbasis Microcontroller

Abstract
linier, multivariabel dan kompleks. Pada penelitian ini telah dilakukan pengendalian
multivariabel yaitu level dan temperatur dengan aplikasi sistem miniplant Boiler dimana
fungsinya adalah mengubah air menjadi uap dengan menggunakan metode pengendalian
kontrol on/off menggunakan mikrokontroller. Dari hasil simulasi diperoleh rise time untuk
pengendalian level adalah 733 detik dan untuk pengendalian temperatur 1013 detik.
Sedangkan hasil dari pengujian miniplant diperoleh rise time untuk pengendalian level
adalah 570 detik dan untuk pengendalian temperature adalah 1240 detik. Dari hasil
penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa sistem pengendalian pada miniplant tidak dapat di
aplikasikan pada sistem dinamis.
