Focus and Scope

The Journal AkunNas invites submissions of original paper in all aspects of accountancy especially in-but not limited to- financial accounting, auditing, taxation, public sector accounting. Its principal objectives is to publish high-quality academic and apllied research articles. All article submissions are subject to a single/double blind peer review.

Peer Review Process

All submitted manuscripts are read by the editorial staff. Those manuscripts evaluated by editors to be inappropriate to journal criteria are rejected promptly without external review. On the other side, manuscripts evaluated to be of potential interest to our readership will be sent to reviewers.  (Single/Double Blind Review)

Final decision of articles acceptance will be made by Editor. The Editor-in-Chief of AkunNas has the right to decide which manuscripts submitted to the journal should be published.

1. Author submit the manuscript

2. Initial Review by Editor [some manuscripts are rejected or returned before the review process /resubmit for review] (1-7 days)

3. Blind peer review process (1-30 days)

4. Editor Decision (Acceptend Submission, Revisions Required, Resubmit For Review, Decline Submission) (1-7 days)

5. Confirmation to the authors, if revision required (1-28 days)

6. Production (1-7days)

This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.
