Author Guideline

HIMMAH JOURNAL Writing Guide

HIMMAH Journal  is published twice a year every June and  December. Contributors submit manuscripts by paying attention to some of the instructions below:

  1. The manuscript is an original scientific work that has never been published and does not contain plagiarism elements
  2. The submitted manuscript can be conceptual, research resume, book resume or character thoughts, part of a dissertation thesis that has undergone adjustments to journal standards. Articles are written in Indonesian or English as much as 10-25 pages including references, bibliography and tables (if any). The article is written on A4 paper with a top and left side size of 4 cm, bottom and right side of 3 cm using times new roman type size 12 and 1.5 spaces.
  3. The manuscript has an abstract in Indonesian and English of 200 words and keywords of 3-5 words using times new roman 12 size 10 and single spacing.
  4. The manuscript includes: Title, Full name of the author, Author's institution, Email, Abstract (in Indonesian and English), Keywords, Introduction, Discussion, Closing, and Bibliography, as well as a brief biography of the author (including correspondence address).
  5. INTRODUCTION consists of the background of the problem; hypotheses (if any); research objectives; And usually this section only ranges from 3-4 paragraphs or 2 pages. This section also includes some regularities that form the theoretical basis of study or include previous studies.
  6. The CONCLUSION section is expected to include recommendations and suggestions written in one full, non-separate paragraph.
  7. The references used are the main references, relevant and the review literature is not too extensive. Not quoting from others.
  8. Notes in the form of references are written in Body Note format.
  9. Notes in the form of short / foreign explanations that are not included in the paragraph are inserted (if any) written in footnote format
  10. Words or terms that have not been converted into Indonesian words are typed  in italics/italics (if the manuscript is in Indonesian).
  11. The manuscript is submitted in softcopy form no later than 2 (two) months before publication through online submission by creating an account in advance or sent to himmahunas@gmail.com
  12. The certainty of loading or refining the article will be notified to the author by mail or email
  13. Authors whose articles are published will receive 2 copies of the journal.
  14. Literature listed in the Bibliography is only literature that is referenced and cited in scientific papers; The Bibliography is written/typed one space, in alphabetical order without numbers.
