Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Journal.
  • If submitting to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, the instructions in Ensuring a Blind Review have been followed.

Author Guidelines

  1. Authors who will send manuscripts to the Indonesian Journal of Digital Society site must register online independently on the "daftar" or "register" menu. Editor can do it. 
  2. Once approved, send the script successfully (with active delivery or active delivery status).
  3. The manuscript is written according to a template published by the Jurnal Masyarakat Digital.
  4. Write citations and bibliography using Mendeley's manager reference application.
  5. Authors are prohibited from sending manuscripts to other publishers before there is confirmation from the editor or editorial secretariat (a maximum of 3 weeks from the manuscript is received by the editor).
  6. The author must wait for the editor's decision (the results of the scenario) and the results of the evaluation of the manuscript in accordance with the specified time.
  7. Eligible Editor and Editor Meeting Results Editor's Review and Editor's Decision.

Authors who want to enter text must pay attention to the points below. If the manuscript does not meet the stated requirements, then the manuscript must be published.

  1. The manuscript was never published and published in other media publications, both print and electronic.
  2. The manuscript is made in the file format of Microsoft Word documents
  3. Bibliography uploaded in the format provided
  4. The manuscript is made in the format: a space of 1 space; font 12; Times New Roman; if it is italic, it is not underlined (except the URL address); image above, image, and table. Spent with source images or tables Example: tables / images 1. .....
  5. The script will go through a review process.
  6. All texts are reviewed by expert editors (reviewers) / Bestari Partners according to their expertise. The author makes revisions based on input from expert editors. Certainty of loading or text will be notified in writing.

Authors who want to enter the text must pay attention to the points below. If the manuscript does not meet the stated requirements, there's a possibility that the manuscript will be returned.

ABSTRACT

Type English abstract here. Fill abstracts or abstracts using the Times New Roman, font 11. Abstract consists of: subject matter, objectives, methods, results, and conclusions. Abstracts are written in the form of one paragraph, without references, without abbreviations / acronyms, and without footnotes. The abstract is not written in the form of mathematics, problems, and guesses. Abstract is not the result of copy paste sentences contained in the contents of the manuscript. The contents of an English abstract are a maximum of 250 words.

Keywords: Keywords one; Keywords two; Keywords three; etc. (English, minimum 3 keywords).

PRELIMINARY

Introductory content is a fundamental or fundamental problem underlying the writing of this study, written in the Times New Roman, font 12.

LITERATURE REVIEW

The contents of the literature review is a description / basis of scientific theories related to the topic / research subject, written by Times New Roman, font 12. All sources of theory cited in this chapter must be in the reference list.

METHOD

The contents of the research method are data collection techniques, data sources, data analysis methods, correlation tests, etc., which are written in the Times New Roman, font 12. In this chapter, scientific formulas can also be used in data analysis.

 

 

 

RESULTS AND DISCUSSION

Fill in the Results and Discussion

The contents of the results and discussion are written in the Times New Roman, font 12. The results are not raw data, but data that has been processed / analyzed using the specified method. Discussion is a comparison of the results obtained with the concepts / theories that exist in the literature review. The contents of the results and discussion include statements, tables, pictures, diagrams, graphs, sketches, and so on.

CONCLUSION

The contents of the conclusions are written Times New Roman 12. Conclusions are a general description of the research that has been done.

ACKNOWLEDGMENTS (if any)

Acknowledgments are optional (if any), written in one paragraph with the Times New Roman, font 12.

REFERENCE

The contents of the bibliography are written with the Times New Roman, font 12. Bibliography is a reference source / reference used as writing material for the quoted text. Write a bibliography using STYLE A.P.A (American Psychological Association). The number of reference sources used as bibliographies is at least 12 titles of scientific literature.
