ANALISIS PENGARUH PENGETAHUAN PRODUK, MANFAAT, KEMUDAHAN, DAN RISIKO TERHADAP PENGGUNAAN E-PAYMENT DI INDONESIA

Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis beberapa faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap penggunaan e-payment di Indonesia. Objek penelitian ini adalah para pengguna E-Payment, seperti: GoPay, Dana, Tokopedia, Shopee, Bukalapak dan OVO yang berlokasi di Indonesia. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan pengumpulan data digunakan menggunakan kuesioner melalui Google Form, dengan metode convenience sampling.
