Process

All manuscripts submitted to Oikonomia: Jurnal Manajemen must have scientific merit and novelty according to the focus and scope of the journal, and follow the author's guidelines that have been determined (Please see the author's guidelines here). And comply with the plagiarism policy of a maximum of 25% (link).

Manuscripts evaluated by the editor as not meeting the journal's criteria are rejected immediately without external review. On the other hand, manuscripts that are considered potentially interesting for our readers will be sent to reviewers. Research articles submitted to this journal will be peer-reviewed by experts in their respective fields. The review will be conducted using a single or double blind peer review system to improve the quality of the manuscript. In the review process, the reviewer provides considerations regarding the suitability between the title, abstract, introduction, discussion (results) and conclusion. In addition, reviewers also provide considerations related to novelty, scientific impact and references used.

The editor will then make a decision based on the reviewer's recommendations from several possibilities, namely: rejected, required major revision, needed minor revision, resubmitted, submitted elsewhere and accepted. The publication of accepted articles including the order of published articles will be carried out by the Editor in Chief by considering the order of the date received and the geographical distribution of the authors as well as thematic issues.

Final decision of articles acceptance will be made by Editor. The Editor-in-Chief of Oikonomia:Jurnal Manajemen has the right to decide which manuscripts submitted to the journal should be published.
