System Migration Notice and Data Restoration Update

Dear readers, authors, and reviewers of Oikonomia: Jurnal Manajemen,

We would like to inform you of several important updates regarding our journal’s data and system operations.

Between late 2024 and early 2025, Oikonomia: Jurnal Manajemen underwent a major system migration from OJS 2 to OJS 3. During this transition, several technical issues occurred, resulting in incomplete data transfers and missing metadata—particularly in relation to submission and review dates.

As a result:

• Some article records may not accurately reflect their original processing timelines, including submission, review, and publication dates.

• Our team is currently re-entering and restoring the missing information to ensure the integrity and completeness of the journal’s archives.

Additionally, the migration period coincided with a series of malicious cyberattacks targeting academic publishing platforms, known as the Judol hacker attacks. Unfortunately, these incidents disrupted several editorial processes and contributed to the loss or corruption of certain data within our system.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this situation may have caused. Please rest assured that we are taking all necessary measures to enhance platform security, verify data accuracy, and uphold full transparency throughout this process.
