Abstract

Purpose This study aims to analyze the effect of leadership style, work discipline, work stress and work motivation on employee performance, where leadership style, work discipline, work stress and work motivation appropriately and effectively will strengthen employee performance. This research was conducted to assist the management of PT. Winiharto in improving employee performance, which similar research has never been done at PT Winiharto. Methodology One hundred and three employees of PT Winiharto were selected as a sample with respondents who could be met by the researcher during their visit (incidental sampling). Until you get the size according to what has been determined through the Slovin formula. Then the collected data were analyzed using multiple regression techniques through SPSS 23 For Windows. Findings The results of data processing show that leadership style, work discipline, work stress and work motivation are variables that can improve employee performance at PT Winiharto when these variables are increased. Suggestions Practical implications are described in this study.
