Objectives- This research aims to determine the effect of knowledge sharing and work motivation on employee innovative behavior. Methodology- one hundred and four teacher employees at SMKN 01 Semarang were selected for the sample according to purposive sampling. This testing stage consists of instrument testing, model testing and hypothesis testing using SPSS 23 For Windows. Findings- Based on the research results, it shows that knowledge sharing and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on innovative behavior. Suggestion- Sharing knowledge and work motivation can enable employees to create and implement new ideas that are creative and innovative, thereby increasing their insight. This shows that this variable has been improved again.
