This article examines the policy of United Nations Human Rights Council Resolution 16/18 as adapted into the Equality Act 2010 by the British government, the implementation of which is carried out, among other means, through the Tell MAMA institution, an independent organization trusted by the British government to assist in handling reports from victims of violence and hate crimes on the basis of religion, belief, ethnicity, and nationality. The adaptation of this resolution theoretically constitutes an effort toward social integration within the international regime for the protection of human rights. The research employs a qualitative approach with a library research method. The findings indicate that the programs and activities conducted by the Tell MAMA institution throughout 2023–2025 demonstrate that UN Human Rights Council Resolution 16/18, as adapted through the Equality Act 2010 in the United Kingdom, has had a significant impact on the prevention of Islamophobic and anti-immigrant movements. This impact is evidenced by: (1) the formation of a harmonious social structure within society; (2) increased tolerance among religious communities; and (3) strengthened protection of minority groups.
