Abstrak

Perkembangan industri teknologi informasi dan komunikasi 4.0 memberikan dampak pada lembaga pendidikan sekolah, termasuk penerapan teknologi electronic learning management system pada sekolah di Indonesia, namun dari sisi dinamika implementasi masih terdapat kendala yaitu masih banyak sekolah yang menerapkan sistem pembelajaran tradisional konvensional tatap muka saja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi sosialisasi elektronik sistem manajemen pembelajaran online pada platform smarteschool.id. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif analisis deskriptif observasional dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus, pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara mendalam terhadap key informan kunci perusahaan, diskusi, dokumentasi dan studi dokumen kajian pustaka yang berkaitan dengan topik pembahasan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi sosialisasi yang digunakan dalam proses sosialisasi E-LMS smartschool.id di Indonesia menggunakan dua bentuk metode yaitu komunal dan personal. Implementasi program strategi sosialisasi dilakukan dalam 3 format yaitu online, offline dan hybrid. Implikasi penelitian secara teoritis menambah khazanah pengetahuan keilmuan sosiologi sosialisasi organisasi, masukan untuk pemerintah, dinas pendidikan, dan perusahaan startup edutech serta segenap praktisi pendidikan.
