Strategi Sosialisasi e-LMS Platform Smarteschool.id untuk Sekolah di Indonesia

The development of the information and communication technology industry 4.0 has had an impact on school educational institutions, including the application of Electronic Learning Management System (E-LMS) technology in schools in Indonesia. However, there are still obstacles in the implementation of this technology, namely that there are still many schools that only apply traditional face-to-face learning systems. This research aims to analyze strategies for disseminating online learning management systems. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method on the Smarteschool.id platform. Data collection was carried out by observation, interviews, documentation and literature review related to the topic of discussion. The research results show that the socialization strategy used in the smarteschool.id E-LMS socialization process in school educational institutions uses two methods, namely communal and personal. Implementation of the socialization strategy program is carried out in three formats, namely online, offline and hybrid.
Abstrak
Perkembangan industri teknologi informasi dan komunikasi 4.0 memberikan dampak pada lembaga pendidikan sekolah, termasuk penerapan teknologi Electronic Learning Management System (E-LMS) pada sekolah di Indonesia. Namun, implementasi teknologi ini masih terdapat kendala, yaitu masih banyak sekolah yang menerapkan sistem pembelajaran tradisional konvensional tatap muka saja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi sosialisasi sistem manajemen pembelajaran online. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus pada platform Smarteschool.id. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan kajian pustaka yang berkaitan dengan topik pembahasan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi sosialisasi yang digunakan dalam proses sosialisasi E-LMS smarteschool.id pada lembaga pendidikan sekolah menggunakan dua metode yaitu komunal dan personal. Implementasi program strategi sosialisasi dilakukan dalam tiga format yaitu online, offline dan hybrid.
